Our Creative Director contributes to the overall program impact by crafting innovative communication campaigns that are grounded in client culture, industry intelligence and well-defined program-specific objectives. Offering more than 15 years of senior level marketing communication management, she is a nationally award-winning, exceptionally creative and respected communications strategist. Her background includes work in the financial service and insurance sectors.
A key to her success with clients is a collaborative approach to the development of sound strategies, logical budgets and imaginative marketing tools. She also helps supervise the production process and delivers results that are on time.
Production
Catalyst Performance Group is located in the heart of Northeast Wisconsin which is known throughout the country as the Paper Valley. This area houses an extraordinary collection of paper companies, paper distributors, printers, binderies and other supporting companies.

Catalyst Performance Group has an established partnership with high quality print shops that specialize in small-run, four-color work. These printers have an intimate understanding of the unique demands that we place upon them.
Fulfillment
Catalyst Performance Group can handle small to medium-sized communication fulfillment projects in-house, with personal attention to detail and quality. We have a 285-square-foot production area complete with digital scale, postage meter, three work stations and complete packing and handling capabilities. For large projects, several nearby fulfillment houses are available. These firms have reputations for quality and solid operational expertise, as well as bar code capabilities and bulk postage rates.
